This campaign training will be of interest especially to first-time municipal and school board candidates, but will also be a valuable training for incumbents and those who have run for office previously.
If you are considering running for municipal or school board office in Nova Scotia's municipal elections on October 20th, this training is not to be missed.Prospective candidates are also welcome and encouraged to register and bring key volunteers and campaign staff with them for this training session.
Experienced campaign organizers from the Canadian Labour Congress headquarters in Ottawa will be amongst presenters at this important workshop on campaign tips, tricks and techniques. The Canadian Labour Congress (CLC) and CUPE Nova Scotia believe that "Municipalities Matter"! The importance of municipal and school board decisions to everyone in the province is increasingly profound.
